Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Production/Operations Manager based in our Chino, CA Alvarado facility. The Production/Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of customers’ orders by providing high-quality products within the confirmed lead times, while maintaining safe, efficient and profitable operations.
HIRING SALARY RANGE:
Base Salary $125,000 - $140,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

What You Will Do - Maintain operational excellence, working hand-in-hand with Production Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Purchasing to develop and maintain a high-quality and efficient manufacturing environment that supports 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure employees are appropriately trained and supervised on all aspects of work they perform and have proper work instructions, tools and equipment to reach production goals
- Manage production and warehouse staff, and maintain equipment and inventory to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
- Hire, train and develop operational teams utilizing performance planning, cross-training matrix, efficiency reporting and other tools in the management of personnel
- Provide LEAN leadership across the production organization, cultivating safe, innovative and collaborative culture
- Manage plant operations in adherence with Local, State and Federal environmental and safety laws and provide EHS leadership and guidance in accordance with the company safety effort
What We Require - 5+ years’ experience working in leadership roles in a manufacturing environment
- Associate's degree or higher
What We Prefer - Bachelor's degree
