This is a full-time Senior Agile Coach position focused on leading Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and departments. The role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum and Kanban), and experience coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to improve performance and implement Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will design and implement Agile frameworks, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and develop training programs to build Agile capability across the organization. The position is hybrid, with a preference for working 2-3 days a week from the Regina office, but remote work within Canada is possible.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
- Design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.
- Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery.
- Influence leadership to support change.
- Develop and manage Agile transformation backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.
- Deliver training and certification programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 6 8 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and transformation.
- Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks.
- Ability to influence change, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment.
- Experience with Agile metrics, transformation roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
