Job Description

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a driven and high-performing Sales Executive to join our CBS Division. This role is pivotal in helping our clients enhance their facility operations while maximizing cleanliness and efficiency. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by identifying valuable sales opportunities and driving the sales process from start to finish.

In this position, you will leverage your existing relationships as well as develop new connections within your designated territory. You will be instrumental in promoting our comprehensive range of maintenance services to potential clients, creating tailored proposals, and nurturing long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Sell Solutions

  • Proactively prospect and develop new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and local outreach
  • Deliver engaging, value-driven presentations that speak to client needs
  • Create customized proposals and pricing that align with client goals and budgets
  • Negotiate terms and confidently close deals that lead to long-term partnerships

Manage What You Sell

  • Coordinate service implementation and launch once a contract is signed
  • Partner with internal teams and independent contractors to ensure service delivery is on time, on budget, and up to standard
  • Serve as the point of contact during initial execution and transition to Account Management

Build Relationships That Last

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future opportunities
  • Be the trusted, go-to person for your clients—someone they can count on

Stay Organized & Informed

  • Track all sales activities, proposals, and communications in our CRM
  • Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and competitor offerings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements.
  • Develop custom proposals and pricing models that align with client needs and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Keep meticulous records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new cleaning technologies.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven success in B2B sales (service industry preferred)
  • Strong project management or operations coordination experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter attitude with a knack for problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Passion for making an impact in your community and with your clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities management or related services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
