With the full support of Community Dental Partners' top-tier marketing and operational teams , you'll guide this office into its next chapter—delivering high-quality care, building a strong patient base, and crafting the culture you envision.

As production grows, you'll have access to major dental technologies like scanners, implants, and CBCT to elevate your clinical offerings. Plus, with the potential for an improved Monday-Friday schedule (with a shorter Friday!), you'll have the work-life balance you deserve .

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Be the Leader – Spearhead the practice's growth and brand transformation.
• Comprehensive Adult Dentistry – Comfortable with endodontics (anterior, premolars, maxillary and mandibular molars), extractions (simple and surgical), and adult treatment plans.
• Collaborate with CDP's Marketing Team – Drive patient growth and retention as we shift to an adult-focused model.
• Deliver Exceptional Care – Prioritize patient experience and high-quality outcomes.

Practice & Office Details

1 Dentist Office | 4 Operatories | Fully Digital

Current Patient Demographics: 18+ (Growing Focus), 12-17 (20%), 0-11 (64%)

Current Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (With Potential to Transition to Monday-Friday!)

Location Perks: Close to IAH Airport
