We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in Reading, Pennsylvania. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to diverse populations
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine health screenings and preventive care services
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for efficient and accurate documentation
• Participate in shared on-call duties (1:5 or 1:6 rotation)
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
• Recent graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply
